The Founder and Chairman Mr. T. R. Bhaskaran with his full effort and hard work established this company in the year 1960 in Chennai and currently being run by the next generation of the family his elder son Mr. B. Rajesh Kumar-Managing Director/CEO and his younger son Mr. B. Ranjith-Executive Director with the advice of their father Mr. T. R. Bhaskaran.

Our factory was built to achieve ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP under the able advice of Mr. UMESH AGARWAL (Lead Auditor)-International Management Services-VAPI, having experience of 20yrs in food industry, who is also the Trainer and Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 QMS and HACCP based Food Safety System for our concern.
